The EVGA G2's are fully modular and are basically the Superflower Leadex Gold units with a different fan, no tacky led's and a longer warranty.
Aside from the awful led's on the Superflower's that can't be turned off, the EVGA G2's get my vote for the longer (up to 10 year) warranty. The biggest downside is that due to the price increases the EVGA is now more expensive than the Superflower and not the other way around like it used to be.
Unless you are going to get a second 1070 and SLI in future you don't need a 750w unit. A 550w psu would easily power your pc even with heavy overclocking. The 1070 is a extremely efficient card and my system (in siggy) rarely pulls more than 230w at the wall while gaming. Even with the 1070 heavily overclocked I have never seen the system pull more than 300w at the wall.
The Corsair RMx series are a top quality alternative that deserves consideration as well.
