Hey,
As thread title really - I always feel my wrists are wrecked from doing push ups and have seen these stands available, firstly are they a useful piece of equipment or are they a gimmick?
If not, is it best to stick with the standard ones, or are the twisting ones also a gimmick - I don't want to be dragged in by advertising or anything and know you guys know the real deal with these things.
