Best bet would be a TRUE then a blue LED fan of your choice. Or if you want it ready to go, then a Tunic Tower.

I'd vote for the TRUE - apparently the Tuniq's LEDs aren't very visible due to the placement of the fan.

any cooler will fit in the 1200, its massive.

The ASUS Triton 88 is a massive cooler with a blue LED fan in the middle. I haven't found any reviews though so I wouldn't know of its performance...

buy a thermal right and jus attach the fan of your choice you get a great heatsink and u can pick the exact kind of fan u want on it
