Best quiet fans and layout

Hello so my system is set up in the bedroom but my partner complains about the fan noise so after some advice on what's best fans and setup.

I have
Case -Pure Base 500 Midi
Mobo - MSI B450 GAMING PRO
Cpu - AMD Ryzen 5 3600
GPU - Gigabyte Radeon RX 5700 XT Gaming OC 8GB

So what would you guys suggest to keep it cool and quiet? Wondered if a AIO CPU cooler would be better? I'm interested in water cooling but I'm new to that so worry I would mess it up lol. I don't need lights or colours in my case.

This is my set up and what I have. Noctua sounds like a good idea. If I get an AIO cooler should I have that as the intake at the front?
With this set up it so loud when fans are on high so all help appreciate
 
When gaming but I enjoy gaming all hours so need to make it more quiet.
I think the main issue is the front fans to be honest. I did think about removing the dust filter from the front so the front fans don't work so hard to pull in air?
