Best/Quietest fan for amd 3700+

I want to buy a fan for an amd 64 3700+ but i'm unsure which one. I am thinking of one of the following:

Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro CPU Cooler £15.22 Including VAT

Zalman CNPS7700-CU Ultra-Quiet CPU Cooler £23.44 Including VAT

Thermaltake Blue Orb II Socket 939/754/775) CPU Cooler £18.74 Including VAT

1) Which of the above gives the best cooling?
2) Which of the above is the most quiet?

Also, i am a bit of a n00b so i need to also ask......if i buy one of the above will it include everything that i need to attach to an oem 3700+? Or do i need to buy a seperate heatsink or thermal compond or anything else?

Yes here also, probably/is best A64 HS regards temps and noise not forgetting price.

Does the freezer pro come with thermal pad/paste or whatever it is you need to attach to an oem 3700+ ?

Yes it does, slapped one on my 3200 venice the other day and have 22c idle in windows

Although i do have good airing in and out of the case in the way of 4x 80mm case fans.

scythe ninja! £1 more than an si-120 but comes with its own 120mm fan. hurrah!
