Best racing game on 360?

Yo guys just ordered my 360 and was wondering what the best driving game is for it? I'm looking for a realistic one rather than an arcade sort of racing sim.

Not much choice yet, PGR3 is a class game, and Test Drive is fun. I would wait for Forza2, its out soon. I've never played a Forza game, but I believe you can tinker to your hearts content!

In which case probably PGR3, it's a good game.

Test Drive was wicked fun as well.

PGR3 is probably your best bet, although it's a mixture of arcade/sim.

Burnout is the best racing game imo but that's pure arcade.

TDU with driving aids off is quite good, TDU with driver aids off is more realistic than PGR3 imo, PGR3 on live is much more fun though.

I prefer Test Drive Unlimited but if you are after a sim then it would have to be PGR3.

Import Tuner Challenge is decent but it's not exactly a sim.

Forza 2 is gonna be amazing. the motorbikes on TDU are cool, though. lol.

I disagree, the PGR3 handling is in no way realistic, sure it takes time to learn to handle them, but it's not realistic at all.

TDU with driver aids off is far more realistic.

GTR next month and Forza 2 in March whoudol both be brilliant. At the minute PGR3 and test drive are probably your best bets.

its one of th emost arcadey games ive played , thats why i liked it thoguh really, was easy to just pick up and play

TDU with no driving aid's on a controller is very very hard on certain cars, try typing the Farboud no driving aid lol.

PG3 is ok not very realistic though and it is super arcadie.

Just wait it out for Forza 2

As much as the tearing and framerate are issues, its the only true racing game on the 360 tbh

PGR3 is quit good but the cone challenges do my head in!

TD:U hasn't been out of my 360 for ages, for realism just turn driver aids off whack it manual gears and try the saleen, there's also a 'hardcore' mode due for download soon too, supposedly makes it more realistic.

i hope it makes the bikes more realistic, like, when you throttle it the front wheel should come up. i hate having to do it manually. lol

Forza 2 could be well worth waiting for. PGR3 is kind of realistic, but it is more arcade like not. I mean, no boosting etc, and the fatest lap is the racing line without tyres squealing etc, but its not GT. Loads of fun, and a cheap game to pick up as well, so give it a go.

I was in a gameshop in the metrocentre gateshead today and they had the finished cases for forza2 on the shelves asking people to preorder.
So it looks like its going to be ready in march anyway mines ordered now..
I hope gtr comes out at the same time because thats supposed to be march as well.
