Hi fellaz.

I was looking for some good radiator 140mm fan with great static pressure. I checked a few threads, I browsed the internet and other webs, but still no clear conclusion.
I cant see any reliable reviews/tests done for 140mm rad fans

Is there any great 140mm rad fan with high static pressure you would recommend?
(..............No Noctua pls, the colour is  :o ...)

-Preferably not PWM
-Preffered colour White/Black/Red or even LED(red/white)

I hope this will help others looking for the same thing :)
Thank you

Problem is the TY-14x series of fans have 104.5mm mounting hole spacing (120mm fan), not 124.5mm spacing of 140mm fans .. [/IMG]
thanks for big input!

this is the only problem. I cant use adapters as i cant go over 2.5cm.

If these were made with 14mm fan spacing i would have bought them already.

I like Phanteks PH-F140HP ( http://www.phanteks.com/PH-F140HP.html ) as well but again, they have 120mm fan hole spacing...

Guys,
a question....

Im planning on getting MO-RA3 420 rad. As u prolly know on each side u can put 9 * 140mm fans.(reason for this thread)

However u can get a mounting plate that allows u to use 4 * 230mm fans on each side.
Something like BitFenix Spectre PRO 230mm Fan - All White.

Do u think using mo-ra3 420 with 230mm fans instead of 140mm ones would have positive impact on temps while keeping the noise at the same/similar lvl?

Code:
- Dimensions (mm): 230x200x30mm
- Current (A): 0.41A ±10%
- Speed (RPM): 900 RPM ±10%
- Air Flow (CFM): 156.27 CFM ±10%
- Air Pressure (mmH2O): 1.81 mmH2O
- Noise (dB-A): 25.6 dB(A)

how about
4x 230mm fan vs 9x 140mm fan in terms of cooling at similar db?

Code:
230mm
- Dimensions (mm): 230x200x30mm
- Current (A): 0.41A ±10%
- Speed (RPM): 900 RPM ±10%
- Air Flow (CFM): 156.27 CFM ±10%
- Air Pressure (mmH2O): 1.81 mmH2O
- Noise (dB-A): 25.6 dB(A)
vs
Code:
140mm
- Fan Dimensions 140 x 140 x 25mm
- Input Current 0.2 A
- Speed (RPM) 500-1600 ± 250 rpm
- Max Airflow 68.1 CFM
- Static Pressure 1.62 mm H2O
- Acoustical Noise 17-25.3 dB (A)

Anyone? :)

Assuming the specs you posted are remotee accurate ... which is suspect considering the 230mm measures 230x200 .. never seen a fan that changed sizes at rest or while spinning. :D

rly ? :)
well try to look at the fan and u will realize why...

This is the same with noctua and thermalright (and others as well) fans, which are technically 14cm fans, with 12cm fan mounting holes and have 140x150x25 mm

... So ?
