Definetly Thermochill. Just make sure you buy a new one and not an older model. The spacings are different and the old ones wont mount in your case easily.

Another vote for Thermochill. I have one of the new 15mm fan spacing (standard spacing) 120.3's and it is a cracking piece of kit.

what are the thread sizes on that thermochill triple rad. 1/4"?

Not to sure i would honestly like to know if anyone has been able to fit the PA140.3 in the top of a cosmos 1100 the PA120.3 fits fine i read that the 140.3 performance wise is on par with the PA120.4 .. an upgrade might be in order soon as when i add in two 6870s (when out) i want to add them to my loop.

Thread sizes on the Thermochills are still G3/8" but barbs are widely available.

For jorzeh, the dimensions of the 140.3 are 142 x 480 x 60mm.

You can get the reducers for the Thermochill rad that will allow you to choose the fitting you want instead
