Best Radeon brand

If you mean in terms of warranty service, it's hard to say really. Experiences tend to differ a fair bit case to case, so you'll get plenty of conflicting anecdotes. However, if you're buying from OcUK then it shouldn't make too much difference in practice, as you'll be dealing with it through them anyway and they should have your back. As for what brands are recommended based on the quality of their products, Sapphire, PowerColor and XFX are all great choices for AMD cards.

I had a very bad support experience with XFX once - I was looking to obtain a replacement fan for the GPU I had at the time and the support rep said I should just "buy a new card" - won't ever purchase from them again.

Sapphire, but afaik Sapphire don't deal with warranty directly, they'll point you to the retailer, so be careful who you purchase from.

If bought here, OcUK has previously stated, that they deal with the warranty.

If your GPU was to find fault say 2nd yr and no replacement like for like available, it's either an equivalent(if newer gen is out), or a partial refund.

I've been burned by XFX multiple times, though many years ago(2 gpus and a motherboard), I just still don't trust them. Sapphire and powercolor has been solid so fare for me. My current 6950XT Red Devil from Powercolor is pretty darn good and the Vega 64 Nitro+ from Sapphire I had was built like a tank and a proper work horse with no issues. *Knocks on wood* So fare these 2 brands has been spotless for me.
