Best RAM cooler for DDR3?

Do you need to cool it? How warm does it feel to the touch?
It was my understanding that DDR3 runs at such low voltages the days of needing active cooling were over. I mean, I had active cooling over my old Crucial 10th Anniversary DDR2, but that was running 2.2v and a 40% overclock.

lol...well seeing as my OCZ runs at 1.66v I guess I wont need it...but its cos I want to push them to 2000MHz...at the moment they are at 1600MHz OC'd from 1066MHz which isnt bad I suppose...lol...but once I set up the watercooling should be ok...its just I was watching another video about putting together a watercooling on an Antec 1200 and the guy used a DDR cooler...just looked like a nice touch lol
