It will work fine but it is no better specified than the Geil PC6400 C4 recommended in the first post so it looks rather like you are paying £25 for some fancy pre-fitted heatspreaders which will make little odds unless you are massively overclocking and even then I'd still have my doubts when many would consider watercooling their Ram at those sorts of levels.

I'd buy two of the Geil kits and have 4gb Ram for £70 but if you really want the Corsair then they will work perfectly well. :)

//edit I should say Ram isn't an area of great expertise for me but at the point where you need more than decent PC6400 like Geil offers you probably aren't going to be here asking me about it anyway. :)
