Best ram for am3 MSI 790FX + tri core PII OC to 3.5ghz

what would you suggest, i am going to order a PII x3 2.8 and clock it to 3.5ghz with a MSI 790FX-GD70 AMD 790FX (Socket AM3) mainboard it supports DDR3 800/1066/1333/1600*/1800*/2133*(OC)

what would be best for this taking into account stability i.e best cpu overclock vs no crashing

which speed of ram would best suit it price/quality/reliability wise

thanks since its so cheap 8gb would be nice, whats your cpu temp and room temp like under load ?
