Best RAM for P5W/E6600??

Hi,
Im looking for the best RAM for an Asus P5W DH Mobo, and E6600 proccesor. I am looking to get a 2GB matched pair, I will overclock as I run water cooling on my CPU. Heres what ive seen, which do you reckon will suit me the best?

GeIL PC6400 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 Dual Channel Kit

OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) PC2-7200 Dual Channel EPP XTC Series DDR2

G.Skill 2GB DDR2 HZ PC2-6400 (2x1GB) CAS4 Dual Channel Kit

OR any other suggestions around that price mark (up to 190 ex VAT)

Im using the G.Skill HZ, max ive hit is about 485-490 cant hit the magic 1000 for me, maybe i got a slight duff set or more likely i dont know what im doing lol
