my vote goes to the G.Skill 2666 kit, will run its rated speed with ease at Cas12 and i had mine upto 3250mhz, superb sticks

Look at the prices and speed and capacities and also pick one that matches the colour of your board if you have a windowed case.

As above if your not too fussed with tweaking although quite a few boards have profiles which will do the tweaking for you.

I've got them and it's a great kit. nothing to complain about. solid product.
and no they wouldn't fit. you'd have to remove the heatspreaders with a heat gun. I wouldn't do it

That Crucial kit was on a very ridiculous price, in a positive way ofc. If you dont really care about speed and cas, choose the cheapest which fits your theme. There is no noticeable difference in real life applications if they have the same capacity.
