Best RAM settings?

Can anyone tell me what i should be setting my RAM settings to in the bios for best performance?

it a gigabyte mobo and can only up the fsb of the cpu and can only set the casetc for the ram

Without knowing the specifics of your RAM and mobo those settings aren't bad :)

If you press CTRL and F1 at the same time on the main screen of the BIOS does it give you more settings, on most gigabyte boards it gives you access to the "advanced chipset" menu where you can set more options.
 
Thats the SPD table, not what your ram is actually running at.

Look under the 'memory' tab, as opposed to SPD

Ooops, brain frazzle there, you're entirely correct.

The advice about CTRL+F1 still stands though, to see if it gives you more options to fiddle with.
