Hello

I need some help picking some ram please.

I'm not going to be overclocking.

I want 4gb.

The box will be running 64bit Vista.

The motherboard is an Asus P5K SE Intel P35.
The processor is a Q6600 "LGA775 Kentsfield" 2.40GHz (1066FSB).
The Vid card (if it matters) is an OcUK GeForce 8800 GTX 768MB.

The system is just for playing games and I will not be upgrading it (I'll just buy a complete new system in a few years) so I don't mind filling all the ram slots if that is the best way forward.

Thanks for any help you can give! :D

Id go with the OcUK 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 PC2-8500C5 1066MHz Dual Channel Kit as you wont need to overclock it and is £50 + cheaper than its rivals.

yeah i'm wanting some of these.... want to know when they will be back in stock though!!

So this RAM would be decent with a Q6600 overclocked? It is £10.00 more than the Ballistix, but if it saves me worries of overclocking the RAM then it'd be worth it.
