Best ram upgrade for £100

Ok so now im looking for two 8GB Dimms for my z77 i7 3770k set up, what would you guys recomend? i was thinking either

If its for gaming I would just stick with 1600Mhz modules as you wont receive any benefit upwards from that.

4 x 4Gb Samsung Green will get you an easy 2000mhz and potentially up to 2400mhz with tweaking for under £100

only got two dimm slots, using itx board, other wise that is what i would have done

my sammy green is 9-10-10-21-1T @ 2133MHz @1.60v

just found these trident 2400mhz for £140 inc next day delivery, im gonna these

thanks 8pack, i only had a budget of £100 but i was shocked to find it £40 cheaper so i stretched by budget

do you have any advice on some timings and speeds i should be looking at, btw i cant change my thirds so im thinking i maybe able to squeeze only 2600MHz - 2666MHz
