best ram

1 of my ram stix are dead i have rang ocuk up if i dont want them back they will give me a full refund so i have 155.03 including postage for my ocz sli ram what would be the best for me to get as i dont want the same one's back tbh
 
the 8500 is the same as the 6400... i could afford the repaer 1150 ram if i there is any benefit from them aswell

Depends on how fast you want your memory running.

Would you want your memory running at 1200MHZ but with slacker timings or say 1000MHZ but nice and tight timings?
 
assuminly the reaper should get tighter timings at 1000 than the balistix

but the balistix 48 hour rma is a good selling point
 
The Crucial Ballistix 5300 C3 can probably do 1000MHZ at timings of 4-4-4-12 if your happy with that go for it.

Most Memory that is rated above 1000MHZ normally have timings of 5-5-5-15 - 18, since i have never dealt with memory rated at that speed (stock) i am not sure if you could tighten the timings up while you leave the speed the same.
