best ram

Hi guys, just simple question really.
my current specs are:
e5200 @3.4
foxconn g31mx mobo
ati 4890 vapour x 2gb.
3gb of unknown ram
ocz 700w psu
the rig was first bought from a company prebuilt, since then i have changed almost everything apart from the ram, according to cpu-z the ram is ddr2
pc2 5300(333mhz)
my question is what would be the best ram i could get for the rig that would give me the best performance/overclocking.

your board supports upto 800mhz according to the foxconn site.
any good pc6400 would do you, but as 8500 is cheaper from OCUK why not buy something like this and tighten the timings up.
