Best real time monitoring S.M.A.R.T program?

Hello all,

As above I'm after a real time monitoring smart program. This is for use on my PC which is used as a media server about 95% of the time, I want to know as soon as possible if there are any potential issues with any of my drives.

I run hd tune pro semi regularly, but would like a program that's constantly monitoring for any problems.

Any recommendations will be very much appreciated.

Hard disk sentinel seems to be doing the job nicely, thanks for the help all.
