Best RGB fan

What is the best RGB system now days it used to be Corsair, if you was to take the fans performance out of the equation what would be the best RGB eco system. Not just spinning rainbow

I’ve been looking at the Phanteks D30 but I just don’t know.

Ive used corsair for years but on the QL version of the fans i have noticed lot of bad ones and I am thinking the same myself changing from corsair.

I always use lian li fans, great performance, easy setup and great rgb effects.

using lianli sl infinity fans. They do look good. other pc has the corsair ql120's in them. Having ability to daisy chain them(infinity) made setup so much easier and no faffing having to get commander pro's etcnice smooth gradient for the rgb also rather than seeing where the led's are on the ql's...and you can get reverse fans now also so can always have the nice side facing you(if you desire)...those came out after bought mine so don't have them
