best rich text editor for html textarea fields?

FCKEditor is good, it's server side as well as JS and comes with a pre-built file manager (tinymce needs one to be purchased or written). WYSIWYGPro is also good, but not free.

I use FCK aswell. Not perfect, but can cusomise to fix any issues and its free.
