As title really, ive recently rejoined a gym! (long overdue) and i have a routine that im going to stick to everytime i go but what i really need is a routine that i can use at the gym and one at home that would help me loose the immense amount of fat around my stomach and chest!
Im not work shy and ill train harder and harder as my fitness comes back to me, just need a little help.
