I'm looking for a decent (and free 
) RSS Reader and the options available seem bewildering. I thought someone on OCuk might have a recommendation. 
What I'm after is the following features:
- Auto-starts with Windows and sits in the system tray
- Checks the feeds regularly (5 minutes ideally, 15 minutes maximum)
- Pops up with a speech bubble showing the latest entry (/entries) if there's something new
- Alternatively, something that I can add to the taskbar and displays the latest headline.
Any ideas?
