been lloking and probably going to buy a viewsonic 2025 but i just got a new job which pays £180 per week and im only 18 so it all goes to just buying things, no bills, food etc so this is a lot of money to me as i also have another job which brings my pay to £250 per week.

Now i dont want to spend just £300 on a monitor as i can waste a few quid more and get a much better one now, but this is where im stuck, i have no clue on what one to get. im looking for best one for mainly games but then also dvd playback would be a nice addition as it will be used for it.

I dont mind buying over seas but then my problem is obivoulsy i dont know the warranty of overseas and also shipping could be a tad expensive.

thanks chappys

any upper ceiling on the budget then? Any preferences so far at all? Have a run thourgh this selection tool to see if you can narrow it down a bit :) Plenty to choose from

could look at the DELl 2405FPW or maybe the 2407WFP but budget would need to be high. For around £350 - 400 you could look at some of the excellent 20"WS models emerging...

Not trying to be fussy here but the section entitled:

Would you like any extra functionality?

Shouldn't this have tick boxes instead of radio buttons so to allow multiple selections?

:)

yeah it could, but would be a real pain to change around the way it works :) It's more a selection for a preferred feature. If you need loads, then it's best to select the main one you're interested in and then check from there. Thanks for the suggestion though, i might have a play round with it if i have chance
