Best Script Installer? (Fantastico/Softaculous/Simplescripts)

I have some experience of using Fantastico and Simplescripts. Simplescripts is better than Fantastico in my book. Nicer interface and better updates.

However, a new host I am planning to use supplies Softaculous, which they say is better than the alternatives.

I have no idea how these are rated. Anyone experienced all three?

Vidahost offers Softaculous so it must be fine!

Experimented with a few but people are familiar with Fantastico, which despite its faults does a good job.

Didn't get on with installatron at all though.

I always preferred Installatron over Fantastico in my years of hosting (both using and selling hosting), but have my own VPS with cPanel and Softaculous and have to say I think its edged Installatron out.
