So im sure a great number of you work or have used I.T Service Desks

I am looking for a new service desk and I'm wondering what you can recommend as the best?

Things that matter:
Price
Reporting
Adherence to ITIL
Knowledgebase
Customisable look (logo at least)
 
Used several in the past
QSM
Royal Blue
LanDesk
Touchpaper
Assyt
Can't remember the rest but they all have there own good points/bad points, Landesk probably the best one from what i can remember.
