Best Settings For Soundblaster Z and Soundbar

Hi everyone I'm looking for some good settings for my soundblaster Z I'm running a soundbar through the Headphone Input on the card. I'm trying to find the best settings for gaming. If anyone has any they'd like to share or something that would be great

I used the settings from this video, without them it sounds like theres an earthquake anytime any sound goes off. They work well on headphones, not to sure with a soundbar though.

any particular reason why you are using the headphone out? Surely the "Front Speakers" out would be a more logical way to go and would avoid double amping (so should sound better).
