This is my first build and im looking for the best performance during game play??
No sure what game yet some kind of online shooter
 
What Mr. Ulfhedjinn meant was that you need to experiment with your own setup and see what settings yield the best balance of prettiness and performance. With that card you will likely be able to have fairly high setting whilst still maintaining good framerates.

I use either 2x, 4x, 6x AA, and have the Temporal Ticked

16x AF and have the HQ AF Ticked.

Catalyst AI = Disabled Ticked.

Mipmap Detail = slider fully right.

V-Sync = Always On (slider fully right)

Adaptive AA = Enabled Ticked and slider fully right.

APi settings = Triple Buffering Ticked

Runs everything fine for me 1280x1024, and looks great. :)
