Best silent water cooling solution?

Could someone point me in the right direction regarding water cooling. I am looking at quiet which I think will be ambiet cooling, but would also like the option to fit another radiator in if needed.

I am drawn towards the RESERATOR1-PLUS Fanless Water Cooling System, but wondered if you can add an additional radiator with fans as it gets hot in my room in the summer.

get the swiftech kit and fit the quietest 120mm fans u can find, run them at 5 or 7V and it will be near silent. it will also allow for better upgrade paths and better performance for the same money.

to add anoth rad into the loop of a reserator may require additional pump, not too sure though. somone will correct me if i am wrong here

Placing a fan over the reserator improves its cooling immensely, if you can make some kind of plastic shrowd that fits very loosely over the reserator, and have a fan at the top suck air up through it and over the reserator you probably wont even need another rad. I'm planning to do this myself soon
