Another Gainward Bliss 512. No other 6800gs would let the 512mb on your current card do its job.
Or you could just replace it with a single faster card.

I think that link shows a pair of 6800gs' doing rather well. The faster Gainward 512 versions will probably not be that much slower than a single X1900XT.

Check out this review as it puts most of the recent cards against each other in single/Sli/Crossfire modes. Very useful review. Includes 6800gs too.
Try not to sli if u can get a better option in a single card solution (all depends on the value against performance here). Then in another 6 months, should your wallet start to overflow, u can sli with another modern card. I assume nvidia is the way for you.
my philosophy has always been not to sli, as when you come to upgrade next time it is more money wasted. and also in a weeks time there will be a newer card out which toasts your sli setup for around the same price. just stick with one card until you can afford the best card when you next do a full upgrade. that card should still be offering good performance as it is.
