Surprisingly enough, the Desire and Hero music players are on par with the iPhone players despite the iPhone actually taking theirs directly from the iPod.
The iPhone 3gs music player is (obviously) identical to the iPod Touch and the only reason I use my touch over my hero is just down to capacity.
