best software to make my own MSI package?

hi guys

i need a something that i can make my own MSI package from MSI and exe etc

must make silent MSI installer so i can use it to deploy software on domain machines via group policy

or if u know any better way

What programs are you trying to deploy like this? many programs already have silent install options that you can use via group policy.

there's a Silent Install subforum on msfn.org - I learn't a fair bit from there, and pretty much all my commonly used apps are silent installs / slipstreamed.

There's some decent guides over there, take a look
