Best software to Rip DVD and some Bluray?

I have a full box set which i want to rip and put on my NAS drive, as i cba to keep swapping the disk over as you get 4 per season.

Don't mind paying for the best software, using MakeMKV atm but it is quite slow.

I've been through this myself, it's much quicker to just acquire it.

Yeah that's what i'm thinking, though my Box set isn't available to download anywhere

The downside is the time. Once ripped, you either keep the ~30GB file or encode it smaller. Which takes more time. I stopped in the end, quicker to just change disk.

Yeah am starting to realize that, no bother, have finally found the full box set to DL.
