Best Spec for £390-400

Heya All,

My friend wants me to build a computer for him around £400 mark, there is a machine on ebay thats tempting but i said i could beat it,

its going to be mainly used for mid range gaming, so best spec possible please,

quad core can be left out, but if its a benifit ile go for it,

what we dont need is.

HDD
aftermarket cooling, (stock intel cooler will do fine)

monitor and peripherals
ect..

just a tower without HDD, DVD-ROM, and that,

SLI Graphics would be a must if budget can fit it.

That is probably the best budget base for a system. If you need a monitor and case/PSU then there is some budget left. If not though I would go up a bit on some items.

I would overclock to like 3ghz which should b easy with that chip and cooler. Could drop the cooler and be exactly 400 smackers.
