Best spec for E2140 overlocking

Im looking to build a cheap core 2 duo based on a E2140 processor

This is what Ive come up with so far, I'll be adding probably an X1800XT or X1900XT that i'll pick up second hand

Is this best spec I can get fpr around £200

This would essentially be my upgrade path, keeping my X1800XT, but I am so broke at the mo that I don't see me upgrading until next year

Dont forget to get a decent Aftermarket Cooler to overclock it.

Your gonna be needing an aftermarket cooler if you want the best overclocking results, heres some suggestions:

Or settle for 3GHZ on the stock cooler

Have just bought a Zerotherm BTF95 though.

Could get some of this instead and put the money saved in to a good HSF http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-064-GL&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=813

It'll run 1:1 with the CPU to 3.2ghz without having to OC it. They should also run 4-4-4 timings with a slight voltage tweak. Wont hold the same tight timings of the ballistix though.
