Best stability test?

What is the best stability test to run on my cpu, and for how long? My memory is fine as I'm running it on a divider anyway.

Prime/orthos for around 8 hrs

download latest prime95 that takes account for multi-cores

then run Small torture test for testing your CPU

and blend for overall system

For some reason passes the small FTT test but then fails the large FTT test.

I gave th elatest multicore prime a go and found it was very odd. Running a Q6600 with Vista64 and looking in the task manager id didn't take any of the CPU utilisation up very high at all. I would have expected 100% on each core, but they were sitting at about 35%? Also the temp of the CPU didn't go up at all.

Is this normal?

Also I found playing Crysis (at 1900x1200 with everything on Very High) for a couple of hours really put the entire system to the test with CPU and Gfx card heat at max. This is when I desided to throttle back from 3.6Ghz to 3.4Ghz as it ran at about 61'C on 3.6Ghz!
