From what I have read, high static pressure fans are best for this case, with the stock ones, although not terrible, not being the best in this regard.

Seeing the Akasa Piranha on offer this week, these would SEEM to be a great option, with an impressive static pressure of 3.04. Not to mention that great price! But someone else has told me on here they wouldn't make such great case fans. Why would that be?

The Noiseblocker BlackSilent has been mentioned as a good case fan, but it only has an SP of 0.730-1.420 (depending which model you go for).

All rather confusing to me. I'm a bit clueless when it comes to all this fan stuff anyway, so I'm just looking at numbers and making an assumption which may be entirely wrong. Just want to make sure I get the best fans for the job. :)

I grabbed the piranhas last week when they were on offer, I use them on a H100i rad & as an exhaust. Can't fault them, quiet & move loads of air. At £4.99 there a bargain.

I have 2 Akasa Piranhas on my H80, taking air in from the back. They are great fans, and superb value when on offer.

Elsewhere in my H440, I have 3 Bitfenix Spectre Pros exhausting out the top and 3 NZXT FX120LB fans taking air in from the front.

Keeps my case well ventilated and cool. My FX8320, overclocked to 4.4Ghz, never reaches 50C.
