Best sub £100 sound card for Music and Videos?

Evening all, I'm currently after a sound card to replace the onboard sound on my shuttle (ST20G5). My budget is £100 max.

It'll be used for Music and Video only, my current speakers are Acoustic Energy Aego M's.

I've been looking at the M-Audio Audiophile 2496 and the EMU 0404, anyone got opinions on these two?

By music I meant listening to high bit rate mp3's, wouldn't know
where to start for producing

Oh and I'd like to be able to connect up some headphones. They are Sennheiser HD595's. Looking at the M-Audio website, it appears the
card doesn't have a headphone jack? :confused:

Cheers for that, I'll possibly do that at a later date. A new sound card
is going to be an improvement over onboard anyway
