Best sub-£150 DVD Player

I'm looking to buy a Samsung LE32N73BD this week along with the Denon DHT1356XP and XBox 360.
Looking to get the best DVD player for under £150.
I've looked at the Pioneer DV696 as well as the Samsung DVDHD950, Samsung DVDHD860 and Sony DVPNS76H.
Price isn't really an issue - just need something with coax, optical, component and HDMI out that will look very good with my new TV.

Can anyone recommend one over the other or give any other suggestions?

I'm very happy with my Samsung 850, so I expect that it's replacement (the 950?) would be a good choice.
