Acer S231HL is pretty good. It is quite a lot less than £200, but good for the price.
Also, take a look at the Samsung Syncmaster series, they have really good reviews. (But a 16:10 Aspect Ratio)

People complaining about ghosting or people thinking it might suffer from ghosting due to it being an IPS panel?
If you want to play it safe and not exceed the budget for a 120Hz monitor the next best thing is the IIyama Prolite E2473HDS which performs very well for gaming purposes.
£50 cheaper than your budget even so you could spend that on some other hardware
