I'm looking to replace my 19" Dell CRT (usually run desktop at 1280x960 @85hz) with a similar size TFT screen mainly due to eye strain from long usage and for better power savings.
However there are a couple of things I'm especially looking for:
1: Both VGA and a DVI connector so I can keep a Dreamcast connected to it via VGA while using DVI for the PC.
2: Have a monitor that can be easily rotated 90 degree into landscape mode for TATE (2D vertical shoot em up) gaming.
I'm not really used to wide-screen resolutions and most of the games I play are still solely in the 4:3 ratio although this is probably going to gradually change I'd want a wide-screen monitor that would also have a good cropping to a decent 4:3 resolution.
I personally like the look of the Samsung SM-931BW 19" but looking at the bezel I'm not sure if it can be rotated through 90 degree's.
Does any one have any monitor suggestions that could fulfil the above requirements that is preferably sub £200?
