Best sub £40 CPU Cooler?

I'm looking for a decent cooler in the sub £40 price range.

I already have NF-P12's with the silent adapter, which I will be using due to the low amount of noise they put out.

I've been looking at the Xigmatek Dark Knight, but I don't know if they will work well with the NF-P12's, so I thought I'd ask here.

The cooler will be cooling a i7 3770, non K version and at stock.

I used to have an Alpenfohn Matterhorn PURE in my rig. Faultless IMO. Only reason I changed is because I went AIO for a little bit more room in my case. In fact I've kept it just in case my AIO fails.

This cooler generally performs well. I have the Evo version (which Overclockers no longer sell it seems) and it's pretty similar to that one. There are many reviews which say how good it is considering it's price.

Have the evo aswell +1 for that awesome cooler.

Ive added a 2nd 120mm Coolermaster fan which is a nice feature to have.

Matterhorn is a very good cooler.You can't go wrong for what it costs.

The Zalman CNPS5X is a very good cooler, keeps the temperature down and is pretty quiet as well. Ideal for gamers and overclockers.

The Megahalems is a great option, very close to the D14 on performance, which is increible for a single tower Cooler (even though it acutally has 2 towers, as there is a physical split down the middle)...

If you could get it with 2 fans for £40 (hint hint) that'd be a right Bargain.. Shame i bought a D14, id be all over that.

The Matterhorn Pure and the True Spirit 140 are both good buys at sub £40.
