Hi, my gf has asked for a dashcam for Christmas, but not being a driver myself, I've no idea what's good out there.
Is there any standout dashcam available for about £50?
If not, what specific functions should I be looking for?

Ta!

Have been using a Rexing V1 for the past 4-5 months and can't fault it really, neat and unobtrusive and is good enough quality for my general commuting needs. It's also easy to detach from it's holder and remove from the car if needed.
Was around £40 and I paid around £10 for the parts to hardwire in to the fuse box which took 20 min to turn on and off with the engine. If I had to get my GF one I'd get another.
A lot of others around this price range but at least it's a start for you.
