Best sub £50 graphics card?

Hello, Ive been looking to add a graphics card to a budget build, but i just feel lost with all the numbers and DDR types, so what is the best sub £50 graphics card?

it'll be running on an Asus Barebones so only 300w of power, As far as i can see, this card seems best :

Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 4550 "Low Profile" 512MB GDDR3

Although i'm not too sure, could anyone offer any suggestions? id rather get a brand new card too.
