Ideally brand new but will shop around on eBay etc if I have too I'm looking at getting an ultra wide monitor ideally I'd like 75hz+ refresh rate but the only reasonable priced ones are free sync and I've read with nvidia gpus you get frame skipping (980 ti sli) so I'm thinking is it worth getting a free sync monitor 75hz and hope vega is a success and grab a single flagship card or just grab a cheaper 60hz monitor? Post your suggestions with monitors to look at cheers
