Best Tablet For My Needs?

So I am looking for a tablet that acts as a companion to my laptop. I am a student so I'll be carrying this in my satchel so lightweight is a must also can't be too thick.

I will be primarily using this for viewing PowerPoint presentations and sometimes the odd editing/creation of a word document

The tablet MUST be compatible with Microsoft's OneDrive as all my University work is backed up to this service.

I will also use the tablet for reading eBooks and PDF's. As well as casual use such as browsing YouTube and the occasional film on Netflix.

I am looking for around 10inch tablets as I think this size will be comfortable to use.

Finally, the most important factor is price. My laptop only cost me £349 so I'm not looking at anything above £300. I'd prefer £200 but would spend more if there are Pro's to this. This budget pretty much rules out a Surface Pro or Surface RT.

Thanks Guys

I have considered the Dell Venue 8 Pro. I'm sort of on the fence about it. The screen size when editing word documents could be annoying, but for the rest of the tasks I think it may be ok.

I have the Student version of Office so I get office on up to 3 devices I think so that's not too much of an issue.

Edit: Thoughts on an iPad Air? I am certain Microsoft just released an Office Suite for iPad and The App store will more than likely have OneDrive.

Personally from experience I found 10" a bit too big when I was using my Nexus 10 in university, even though it was thin it still felt a bit clunky to carry around. The onscreen keyboard felt too stretched out and didn't feel right either. My friend used a Nexus 7 but he found that to be a tad small for editing files as well.

Perhaps something more around 8-9"? The LG G Pad 8.3 is a good tablet and can easily be found for under £200.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, I use OfficeSuite Pro for Android, as I found that has the best compatibility for Microsoft Office files (doc, excel, powerpoint, etc). Microsoft did release Office for Android but I believe that's only for phones at the moment.

Just watched a review of the LG G pad. Thanks for the recommendation. I must admit it does look very good.
