Best Theme-Park Making Game

I got the Totally Rollercoatser pack (RCT) but they are a bit dated now. Isn't there anything more up to date? Theme park world is ancient too and a bit kiddy.. that advisor does my head in.
 
Yeah, I bought that early last year, or the year before, can't quite remember ... but sold it soon after as it was appauling.

The graphics and usability is fine, but its completey lost the look and feel of the old one :(
 
Rollercoaster Tycoon 2. It's got more stuff than 1, and it gives you more freedom with your creations. I play RCT3, as it gives you the chance to ride your own Rollercoaster's, and that makes the whole game for me. :)
 
I got 1 and 3 and i prefer number 1 by miles. I can't seem to play 3 for more than an hour for some reason. Get RCT1.
 
RCT may be a little dated, but it still offers so much fun, as does RCT3 + expansions. I'm a coaster nut myself and in my oppinion there is no better Coaster designing game than No Limits - http://www.nolimitscoaster.com/

I actually used this game as a reference for my (which parks to cover) coaster holiday in America last year. I'll be using it again for a european tour this year.

Not really what you're after I know, but maybe you've not heard of it before. Definetly worth taking a look and there are lots of tracks to download, but Im not sure they work in the demo.

Failing that I'd go with RCT3. To an RCT fan the game does not match up to the earlier games, but as a newcomer to the series I'd still recommend 3.
