Best thermal paste to use?

I've used Arctic Cooling MX-1, Arctive Silver 5 and Arctic Ceramique, all with about the same good results.

Ceramique is the cheapest and Silver the most expensive, but there isn't much between them from my experiences, a few degrees at most.
 
Got MX 1 by accident and think it is great for the price.

Results are very good and then as it settles it drops the temps by a few more degrees.
 
I've got ceramique, as its the best choice for phase change cooling, doesn't decompose with sub-ambient temperatures. Even on air cooling (stock intel cooler), my E2140 is sitting at idle of 28ºc, and load of 48ºc :)
 
a lot of people recomend arctic silver 5 but ive have recently switched to Zalmans STG1 and find it much better it comes in a small glass jar with a brush to apply it onto the chip which is so much easier than using an old card etc
