Arctic MX-3 no doubt!

Well saying that, the coollaboratory liquid metal pro performs better but it can be a pain to remove and requires a non-aluminium cooler. So the Arctic MX-3 is the best all rounder.

from reviews that ive read, mx-3 is better than AS5 , Shin etsu is even better than them two

From usage id say mx3, no curing time, non conductive, but the main thing is, you get more off it in a tube, its like a junkies dream syringe, also i noticed a drop of 3c which always helps.
